List programs in which a device is used?

I have a lot of programs.  There are times I'd like to see into which programs a device is used or referenced.  Is there a utility for this?

Current reason.  When I turn on my "Kitchen Island" light, it comes on for a second, turns off for a second, then turns on.  I have a scene with the relay that is the actual switch and three other buttons.  essay writer  I know I have a program that is triggered by a double tap (fast on/off). But I don't know if the device (relay) is in any other program.

Any thoughts out there?

I believe the Find/Replace feature sounds like it would work.  Right click on the top level folder in Programs (mine is listed as "My Programs"), then select "Find/Replace" from the context menu.  This will allow you to Find all the program folders for devices (obviously use the Find and not the Replace!).

While the exact answer to your question appears above I'll contribute another troubleshooting method for your arsenal.

Switch the the "summary" sub-tab of programs.  Many people don't realize this table is column sortable.  Find the columns for "last run time" and "last finish time" and click the column header to resort by that column, clicking a second time reverses the sort.

Above options work for intended option to look for what you're looking for.

I would throw out a third option to try:

On the main "My Programs" folder right click (or if you're MAC equivalent of Windows right click).  Select "Copy Folder to Clipboard". Paste to Notepad (or other text editor (i.e. Word).

Then within Notepad (or Word) search for the scene name.

This process copies all your programs and will paste all the text for the programs and all devices and options will be searchable.
