Good evening! First I am pretty new to the Polisy world and have a ticket with Michel and they are helping but with the weekend I am not expecting anything, figured maybe you guys can help. We are pretty sure the polisy cannot access the internet... we have done OS updates. I can log into the Polisy with my laptop being on wireless so I know it is on my network I can even see the Node store and try to download nodes and get the above errror. I have both the ISY and Polisy on reserved IP's using their MAC. Not sure what to do...

More than I ever expected Michel working on weekends! That is why I love this company! And with his help we figured out I just cannot use putty and was able to update to the new OS and is working. THanks again.

Even after updating to 2.2.11 I still get the error

cloneRepo: Error: runInstallProcess: undefined

when I try to install a new Node Server. Any tips?

Update:

I have the same issue as this user reported:

This is the error message:

libpython3.7m.so.1.0: Undefined symbol "close_range@FBSD_1.6"

I ran this command instead and now the install worked. Thanks

curl -s https://pkg.isy.io/script/update121.sh | sudo bash
