Problem with KPL when using local button

Featured Replies

I created a scene with my KPL that contains a dimmer and the KPL .B button. When the scene is on, I want the dimmer to go to 60%. When the scene is off I want the dimmer to go to 0%.

When I test the scene in administrative console, all works well.

When I actually press the B button on the KPL, nothing happens, the administrative console doesn't even show that the KPL.B button is on (I see the light go on under the B button though)

Any clue as to the problem?

While my tree lists KPL, KPL.A, KPL.B, KPL.C and KPL.D, the status view says "Unsupported device: 1.27" I also note that the button will not add to the scene as a controller, only as a responder.

Hello again,

I have already responded to your trouble ticket.

In short, please upgrade your firmware to 2.7.6 or 2.7.7:

With kind regards,

I had already upgraded, with no change, but then the next day I noticed that it was correctly recognized. I must have re-added it or something. Thank you for the responses.
