Jgdavis14
I had an electrical spike and one of my outlets died. I've been trying to install an OutletLink Dimmer that I purchased several years ago. Tried various ways to install it but keep getting the attached message. Any idea what this means. Link to comment
smacbride
Are you manually typing in the address? This happened to me and I had written down the address wrong... Took awhile to figure out that I was typing in the wrong address. Link to comment

lilyoyo1
Did you try start linking and use the set button on the outlet Link to comment
Jgdavis14
Yes, that did get the outlet installed. However, have had multiple issues of it not working. Plug a lamp in, with the little magnet, it buzzes and the red light flashes. Unfortunately, I am leaving for 3 days and won't be able to play with this until I return. Link to comment
Brian H
Does the lamp have an incandescent or dimmable LED bulb? The lamp you used should not have a built in dimmer switch, high-low switch built in or low voltage bulb with a built in power supply. Link to comment
