Honeywell ZWave Thermostat Not Accepting Commands

I just upgraded to the 500 ZWave board and my Honeywell TH8320ZW thermostat is recognized by ISY, and when making changes on the Thermostat, I can see the changes in ISY. However, when I make changes in ISY, the Thermostat does not recognize the changes and there is no activity in the Event Viewer. Everything worked fine with the 300 ZWave board. Please help. I may have not explained this clearly, my apologies. 

In short, new 500 Zwave board, issue with Honeywell TH8320ZW thermostat...

Changing settings in ISY nothing happens, Event Viewer has no activity.

Changing setting directly on the thermostat, all works fine, ISY synced up and the Event Viewer shows the activity. 

I have installed the latest software; 5.3.0 also updated to 5.3.4

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

To all I figured it out thanks to UD great support. 

With the new 500 series functionality, Honeywell TH8320ZW thermostat ISY you have to select your setting and also click the button to activate it. Previously it would automatically change. Probably a better way now to confirm your selections.
