dinostop Posted September 30, 2021 Posted September 30, 2021 Just got my new Polisy hooked up and working. Have 4 nodeservers up and running with no issue. My issue is when I try to go into Settings and Polisy configuration I get a screen that says "please wait, getting configuration" then sits there forever. How do I resolve this?

Michel Kohanim Posted September 30, 2021 Posted September 30, 2021 @dinostop, Did you hear beeps during boot up? Polyglot talks to udx (for sys config) using secure MQTT. The only reasons you would see that banner: 1. udx is not running ... please check the status of lights. Only the left most should be on 2. for some reason mqtt is not running. If your node servers work, then this cannot be the case 3. Browser cache With kind regards, Michel
dinostop Posted September 30, 2021 Author Posted September 30, 2021 I unplugged and plugged back in the device after all other items you suggested was not successful. The settings page is now up.
