I must post here on how excellent the UD support is. I had several questions after first installing my ISY that were sent to their support email address. I was not expecting any reply for a day or so, as that is typical with other companies support.

 

To my astonishment I had a query back from UD support within FIVE minutes -- and it wasn't the autoresponder type typical of other companies email support -- it was a real live person answering my email and asking me details and offering solutions. Just a few quick email exchanges had my questions answered in 15 minutes tops, start to finish.

 

Extremely prompt, extremely knowledgeable, thorough and focused on their customer's satisfaction. Keep up the great work! and THANK YOU!
