andrew77 Posted November 10, 2021 Posted November 10, 2021 I've just replaced what I thought was a troublesome SWL with a newer version. It responds to Alexa commands such as "Turn on countertop" but when I tell her to "Turn on night scene" or Cooking scene the ISY GUI shows the change but the SWL itself doesnt change. I've air gapped etc. Any thoughts? Drew
MrBill Posted November 10, 2021 Posted November 10, 2021 Click, one at a time, each device that is a member of the scene, then right click it and pick Restore Device. That will push the links for the scene back out to each device. Since you just changed the device anyway that may not help. If that doesn't help, then Open the Event Viewer and set it to level 3. Capture the transmissions each way and add to your thread here. I'm no expert reading those but there are a few here (like @kclenden) that are pro's at digesting those logs. Keep in mind there is a difference in how devices react when controlled directly vs controlled in a scene. When controlled directly the device acknowledges the transmission, when scene controls are sent they are not acknowledged. 1
