philgood Posted November 25, 2021 Posted November 25, 2021 Howdy, I just installed UD Mobile and thought I got it working, but when the sync'ing completed I received the following error message. Finished with Errors! Notify Developer! Node Def Objects Array is Null. Family: 4 Instance: 1 It's all the exclamation points that have me worried!!! Oh no, now I'm doing it!!! Another unrelated question, I been using ISYs for years and bought a Polisy when they first came out, but I really don't understand what the Polisy is or how to use it and how the downloads work. Is there a good tutorial on getting started with the Polisy? Thanks for your time, phil
Javi Posted November 25, 2021 Posted November 25, 2021 Hi @philgood, If this is on iOS and you don't have Z-Wave devices this error can be ignored. This should be fixed in the next update.
philgood Posted November 25, 2021 Author Posted November 25, 2021 The message was received on an Android (Pixel 5) devices, and no Z-Wave devices... yet. The can be disregarded on Android as well and the message has been changed to a detailed warning, in case a user has Z-Wave devices but they are not found by the app. This should be reflected in the most recent Android production release.
