BamBamF16 Posted January 14, 2022 Posted January 14, 2022 (edited) Well, today was a bust. I got my polisy updated and prepped to plug in my USB PLM and new Zooz ZWave stick. Fail on both counts. The PLM shows 0.0.0.0v0/Not Connected under PLM Status. Under Zwave Version the library and zwave status are red/blank. Any thoughts? I assumed they would be plug and play. Zwave and Insteon support are checked. Multiple reboots, etc. What can I do to trouble shoot? Edited January 14, 2022 by bambamf16
Techman Posted January 14, 2022 Posted January 14, 2022 (edited) Under configuration you need to check (enable) the Insteon and Zwave boxes Edited January 14, 2022 by Techman

BamBamF16 Posted January 15, 2022 Author Posted January 15, 2022 Well I guess patience was the key. Things still look weird, but the zwave dongle functions even with no library listed and no version. The USB PLM finally showed up this morning and a restore worked fine. Not sure what changed overnight, who knows. Thanks, Jeff 1
Techman Posted January 15, 2022 Posted January 15, 2022 Currently the Zwave dongle in the Polisy doesn't display version or library info. Maybe in later firmware releases. 1
brians Posted January 23, 2022 Posted January 23, 2022 (edited) Patience I guess... when I upgraded mine using same old PLM and a new Zooz, after loading the restore the ISY seemed to do the please wait window over and over and over... and over again not sure what it was doing/updating. I even restarted it all once (Maybe twice) and it just continues doing this. I just recommend to walk away at this point and go watch a move or something and not stare at it like I did - makes you go a bit crazy late at night. Edited January 23, 2022 by brians spelling
Michel Kohanim Posted January 24, 2022 Posted January 24, 2022 @Techman, it does not because the code is for 500 series. That's what we are working on right now. With kind regards, Michel 1
