waffles Posted January 15, 2022 Author Share Posted January 15, 2022 Now I am stuck at the next step: When I try to log in with my Totalcomfort Honeywell Home credentials I get this: However, these credentials work fine when I go through their portal: So I wonder if I have now hit a hard wall and my model is not compatible with their Home product line, hence not supported, even though some of the naming suggests it. Are you using an ISY994i or are you just meaning the Honeywell TotalComfort app? If you have an ISY994i or Polisy running node server then you need to have a TotalComfort account to enter the login credentials in the node server settings. Geddy Posted February 10, 2022 Share Posted February 10, 2022 @waffles since it's been 4 weeks with no other replies to your question I'd say the model you're trying to attach isn't supported.
