Folders at the system Level

Can you increase the Name Length for folders to about 40 characters?

I use the folders to keep my system organized.

I use names such as:

Devices- Outdoor lighting

Devices - Landscape Irrigation

Scenes - Timer

Scenes - Outdoor Lighting

 

This allows me to have some structure in my tree.

I would also like to be able to sort the tree with a "Right Click".

 

I would like to send a png image of my Folder tree but I don't know how.

Hi Clarence!!! Long time no see ...

 

Increasing the size of the name will basically decrease the amount of memory available for everything else. I cannot promise anything but we'll look into it to make sure we are not using memory that can be used for more important purposes.

Thanks, as always. I understand.

I have been monitoring the forum and doing my updates. I love the system and My automation system is running as always. I am looking forward to the next release.

I consider this to be the best system available and UDI is top notch.
