kowaj Posted March 26, 2022 Posted March 26, 2022 I have been able to get insteon to work but the Z-wave dongle will not come online. I just get z-wave dongle not responding. Any ideas? I tried switching ports, disabling insteon and rebooting. Nohting...

Did you check zwave in the admin console and reboot? What firmware is your polisy running
kowaj Posted March 26, 2022 Author Posted March 26, 2022 zooz s2 stick 700. 5.4.1. Yes I checked z-wave in admin console. waiting for the log to download right now. It takes forever to boot back up shows the system busy menu for a while.

kowaj Posted March 26, 2022 Author Posted March 26, 2022 No. I ordered this right from UD and it saw it mentioned the forums that it is the version they tested the stick with.
brians Posted March 26, 2022 Posted March 26, 2022 (edited) Is this a brand new install or did you restore from an ISY backup? If you have a lot of Insteon devices, try disabling query at restart. It takes a very long time and ties up the ISY during this process. Also confirm the S2 dongle works... what happens when you insert into a Windows PC? Do you see it in device manager? Does your Insteon PLM connect to Polisy by USB or serial? Edited March 26, 2022 by brians
