Found Powerlinc USB Model 1132U

Can I use this as a PLM replacement?  If so, how would I connect it to an ISY 994i?

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated?

No. It's an X10 controller, it doesn't support Insteon

Unfortunately, they are far and few between. Currently your best chance is on Ebay. They come and go quickly, and you'll most likely pay a premium. 

There's a possibility that sometime in the future UDI may be able to supply them, but it's not certain and there's no timeline.

For the ISY you'll need the 2413S. The Polisy will accept either the 2413S, the 2413U or the RF only 2448A7 USB Insteon dongle.

Has anyone posted results for the also rare 2413U USB version working?

The 2413U is the latest USB PLM, it works with the Polisy

I tested my 2413U for quite a while on Polisy and it's fine, zero problems.

I recently switched testing to a Insteon USB stick 2448A7 also on Polisy and it's fine as well.

Most of my testing lately is with the Insteon Hub and HA with the Insteon Integration for my vacation condo, works perfectly.  I was able to completely replicate my Hub's automations in HA.
