One of the reasons that UDI has such a good product is they listen to customer feedback. I am often amazed by "support teams" that don't recognize useful input when they receive it, and instead focus on defending their existing position. UDI actually listens to its customers, and recognizes a good idea when they hear it. Instead of a canned "we're looking at it" reply, they do something useful. Thank you! In my opinion, Insteon would be far less useful without ISY. Thank you, UDI!
