Changed Polisy port now can't access

Hi.... I was having issues between my ISY and Polisy.  So without going into too much detail I changed the Polisy port from 443 to 80, now I'm totally locked out.  I don't like to bother you all too much, tried to look for info as to how to recover or zeroize the unit.  Can't find anything.  So.... If someone would point me in the right direction as to logging into this to this thing, or recover it, I'd really appreciate it.  My real problem is that the ISY wasn't seeing the nodes as part of a program.  Will re-attack that once I can get back in.   Much thanks

What specifically did you change?

It's possible to factory reset the entire device, but that may be creating lots of work for you.  there may be another way but without knowing what you change and where it's hard to help.

Try using your browser and https:// (the address of your polisy)

i.e. https://192.168.1.240

https without a port specified will point to port 443,

http without a port specified will point to port 80.

Sorry, I should have stated that in my initial request, yes I did that...  https for 443 and http for 80.  It's a no-go  :(.  Anything else???

@dpierre Are you sure you changed the port numbers? Did you change in PG3 or PG2? Are you running a ISY994 or are you running ISY on Polisy? Or do you have other devices on your network that might be listening to port 80 and blocking the Polisy? It's strange because it shouldn't really matter, but some routers might only allow 80 to be used by one device. So might need to unplug any other devices. I think somewhere I read people having issues with Hue listening on the same port that something else was using and it would conflict.

Either way, if you can't figure out how to get back into it and don't want to perform a factory reset (instructions in the Wiki and linked in @MrBill's reply above). I would suggest opening a support ticket request and seeing if there is some magic process they can help identify.

Either way...please post back how you get this resolved in case somebody else needs help down the road! Good luck!

Thanks for your input and everybody else's recommendations.  Not much spare time these days, between work and vacations, etc... And my laptop crashed.  Needless to say I didn't do a good job at backing up my data, so I've been speeding way too much time getting ALL that in order.

I'm running an ISY with the separate Polisy.  I only have four nodes running on it, ROKU, SONOS, DSC Alarm, and a weather node.  Not sure about PG3 or PG2.  When I have time to really dig into this thing I'll let ya know the results, but I'm leaning on just doing the factory reset.  Start from scratch, get he ISY on it and reload the nodes.  I think it will be good practice.

Again, thanks for the responses.
