I have one of those strips and last I tested it worked fine using any method. I can test again when I'm home at the end of next week. Athlon Posted July 15, 2022 Posted July 15, 2022 (edited) I'm using the HSV values in my AC. Using my finger in the Kasa App's color wheel makes it impossible to make our two strips exactly the same. The PG3 Node server makes it easy peasy. I have 2 KL420L5's. Edited July 15, 2022 by Athlon 1

The Kasa NS works with HSV the only difference I see is in the max value for Saturation and Value (brightness). Mostly what I find online is their max values can be either 1 or 100 where the ISY uses 254. So, you can convert easy enough depending on what color chart is being used.
