Posted February 12, 201015 yr ISY-99i/IR Pro v2.7.0 When I select Enable Internet Access from the menu I get a "Failed Enabling Internet Access" message after a few seconds. I can't seem to find any diagnostic or configuration tips on this topic. Any assistance greatly appreciated.
February 12, 201015 yr Hello spage, This is mostly due to a router that is not UPnP enabled. In all cases, though, it's much more reliable to do create manual port forwarding in your router. February 13, 201015 yr Author OK understood the router is a Cisco 2801 which is a g=bear to configure. I will give Cisco a call and set up port forwarding. I guess I can choose any port I want using a telnet command - right?
