i would like to know if anyone has been able to use pentairs protocol adapter, for home automation, with the ISY-99. this is for a pool and spa control.

I did some searching but did not get too far, are you talking about the Pentair IntelliCom products?

I was looking in the PDF for the basic controller and was thinking if you're just trying to control the On and Off of the spa/pool pumps you might be able to do it with one or two IOLincs to control the low voltage input on the controller.

As for the Pentair Intellitouch... that looks like a bigger task if you thinking its something that could be connected over the network to the ISY. Michel would have to expand on this part.

Currently, we have so many things on our plate and we are so behind on so many essential tasks (such as ELK) that this project would probably get zero priority unless you can do something with the Network Module.

Mike, Maybe these products have some kind of network API or Rest API, something like that might get things going. This is about as far as I can tell with this high level look at things.

I have network resources for control of Pentair equipment from ISY-99 available.

 

NOTE: These need non-trivial editing that is installation dependent, and require an ethernet/RS-485 bridge. If you still want these please PM me.
