Reload Polisy from Backup now Portal does not see ISY online.

After doing upgrade package from AC several of my Zwave programs would not run. I reloaded ISY from a backup and now Portal does not see my ISY online.  image.thumb.png.8c991760ffc0914f8d2a8429b5877853.png
