bigdog Posted October 11, 2022 Share Posted October 11, 2022 I cannot use UD Mobile. It keeps telling me "Could not get portal credentials. Portal not set." I have logged out and back in again, but it still does not work. My inventory of devices is there, but I keep getting g the same error if I try to do anything. Link to comment

Solution Javi Posted October 11, 2022 Solution Share Posted October 11, 2022 It appears the app lost the portal link for your system. Try Settings-Tab > Systems > your system. Under Remote Connection Settings > Portal Account click the "Add" button. 1 Link to comment
