someguy Posted November 6, 2022 Posted November 6, 2022 I clicked the "reboot" button inside of the admin console and I noticed that my ISY was not connected to the portal. as per a previous ticket with UD when the same thing happened, Itried clicking the "multifunction button" on the Polisy. it rebooted and now, some 8 or so hours later it is still not on the portal and still sitting with this box going across and across. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
