bgrubb1 Posted November 14, 2022 Posted November 14, 2022 I opened a ticket a week ago [Ticket #19457] due to 3rd light flashing. I was hoping I could recover my existing node servers so would like to know if the flash chip available from support could fix instead of replacing the SSD. I have not received a response to my ticket and PMed Michael to no avail. Anyone on the forum have a suggestion ?? ...Barry

kzboray Posted November 14, 2022 Posted November 14, 2022 (edited) @bgrubb1 I've never heard of nor experienced support taking more than 24 hours to respond to a ticket. I once put in a ticket on a Sunday evening, Michel personally responded within minutes. I would suggest you open a new ticket and reference the old one. Something unusual happened and I'm sure Michel would like to know about both your issue as well as the support snafu.
