CodeMonkey Posted December 1, 2022 Share Posted December 1, 2022 Since google (gmail) no longer allows smtping via an unsecured app (ie non ssl), how do we send emails via that ISY? The isy does not allow encrypted usernames and passwords for authentication purposes. Link to comment

Geddy Posted December 2, 2022 Share Posted December 2, 2022 @CodeMonkey glad you got it to work. I’ve been using Gmail for ages and haven’t had any issues. Just have to set it up correctly based on their changing security requirements. Of course these same requirements have been around over 10 years now. They just now (May 2022) shut down the less secure way to access their system. Link to comment
