See attached snapshot of error regarding conflicting versions -- Admin Console v.5.013D and ISY Firmware v.5.3.0 I have removed all PC jnlp files and cleared all settings from Java. Redownloaded the start.jnlp ----Cloud option works but it also seems that if I add or remove a device from an existing scene program does not always run correctly. Edited December 17, 2022 by Ricka2
Techman Posted December 17, 2022 Posted December 17, 2022 @Ricka2 In Java, you need to clear you Java cache including installed applications Then download the admin console from this link https://isy.universal-devices.com/start.jnlp The ISY firmware and the UI must always be the same version.

Mac users often need to download the admin console from the ISY itself and store it on the desktop. http://IP.ADDR.OF.ISY/admin.jnlp (you'll need to clear the java cache again before starting, also get rid of any existing files named start.jnlp or admin.jnlp beforehand).
