Loss of Admin name and other settings on any reboot of Polisy

I feel like I must be missing a basic step. Have been a happy ISY994i user for years. Yesterday finally got around to trying to migrate to Polisy. Followed all the steps, restored my devices from backup, etc. In the process I switched away from the PLM on the old 994 to the supported wireless dongle that I had laying around. Did the PLM restore,  etc. The Insteon devices came through OK. The Z-wave devices did not. I have the S2 700 stick. Tried to do the "Restore Z-Wave", get the "No Zmatter Z-wave dongle is connected to the ISY". Not sure if this should be happening. However, as I only have 2-3 Z-Wave devices, I'm not too worried yet. The bigger issue is that the Polisy seems to be doing the "System Busy - do not power off/unplug" thing for well over an hour most of the times I connect. It goes to 100% and starts again, MANY times... but does complete eventually. The biggest concern is that it seems on any reboot (some of which seem random), the admin username reverts back to admin/admin and the "Insteon support" box gets unchecked. Yes, I've done the "save" and "reboot IoX" after checking it. I've also done the reboot under "Polisy System Settings". Other settings like location and Z-Wave support seem to be preserved. I'm on Firmware 5.5.2. Thanks in advance for any guidance.

Anybody? Any ideas? I'm about to revert back to the 994, as I can't solve this on my own. Help... please.

Open a support ticket with UDI. Michel will get you sorted out. I had similar problems way back and it always seemed to me some files were located in directories with locked out permissions because they wouldn't stay.

I had an issue with Polisy where the SSD went bad and any changes made would revert after any reboot.  Sounds similar.
