Hope somebody can help me.

So earlier I articulated my issues with an aeotec temp and humidity sensor. I then tried to add a Z Wave smoke/CO detector, which seemed to add OK but then threw errors, so I deleted it.

I reset the Z wave dongle/board (its a board not a dongle even though the software says dongle?), was that a mistake?

Now when I try to add either device I get no messages at all it just hangs saying trying to add device.

I think my board is version 500, how can I be sure?

My ISY software is 5.3.0

The Z wave info says 6.82.1 for version.

Any advice ?

Thanks.
