JPICCOLOMINI
Am a snow bird and have a second home. Just arrived for the winter and none of my insteon programs were working - not sure how long they were out. Connected to the admin consol which showed all links to devices x'ed out (dead). Rebooted isy to no effect. Then rebooted PLM and all devices showed as recognized but then admin consol immediately started to re-link devices. This went on overnight for maybe 12-15 hours. I finally closed admin consol then restarted and it picked up where it left off with the linking, which going on 2 hours in this latest iteration. Am reluctant to reboot ISY or PLM with the re-linking in progress. Any suggestions ? Link to comment
Techman
What's your ISY firmware and UI versions? Is the power led on your PLM on? What leds on the ISY front panel are on? Link to comment
DennisC
I would suspect the PLM is on the way out..... 2 Link to comment

Techman
It's possible that one of your programs is in a loop. Try disabling your programs to see if that helps. Link to comment
JPICCOLOMINI
Well, solved it by accident. Rebooted both PLM and ISY. Then, instead of going to admin consol went to dashboard, which re-loaded my programs (which btw had disappeared from the admin consol). I closed the dashboard down, loaded the admin consol and it then re-linked my devices and all now seems OK. -- Sometimes dumb luck is the best solution... Thanks anyway for your help. Link to comment

Are your ISY's at both locations using the same versions? do you use the IoX launcher or local copies of the admin console? Windows or Mac? 1 Link to comment
