Linking procedure for thermostat v2 adapter with 2.7.13?

I have a Venstar T1900 thermostat, wireless sensor and receiver, and insteon adapter (version 2). What is the proper linking of the thermostat to an ISY 99 with the latest 2.7.13 beta firmware? I plan on using the thermostat's programming to control the temperature and my MobiLinc Pro iPhone app too. I don't plan on having any other insteon devices controlling the temp if that changes my procedure for linking. Thanks in advance.

Great thanks. I can't wait to get this thing up and running. MobiLinc Pro iPhone control of temp while laying in bed is key to making my wife happy!
