Email customization body formatting

I have a custom email with several leak detector status listed.  When I get the email all the leak sensors report in a long sentence vice each sensor on its own line (like I have it in the body).

How do I force a CR at the end of each line?  I searched in the forum and the WIKI but could not find anything but substitution variables (which am using).

Thanks,

John

Here's a custom email that I use. Every line comes thru in the email on its own line. The custom email has text selected.

On the Customization email page under the body, there 3 boxes to specify the type of email you are sending. They are Text, HTML, & XML.

If you select Txt and list your device underneath each other, it should display fine in an email. Otherwise use HTML and specify the formatting HTML command.

Use HTML and at the end of each line add "<BR><BR>" , which is a CR

Thanks Everyone,

The text method just didn't want to cooperate.

I used the HTML with the <BR> commands and I was able to format the body the way I wanted.

Best Regards,

John
