New Insteon i3 Outlet (WR01) not showing up in the top part of scene configuration.

Anyone else having issues adding the new insteon outlets to scenes?  In the attached image you can see the Garage Fun scene was created and I added a light (Garage - Light), an old style insteon outlet (Outlet-CNC Machine) and 5 new insteon outlets (Outlet - Paint Booth and Outlets - Workbench).  The light and old outlet are configurable in the scene dialog, however, the new outlets aren't.  If the scene is on then the outlets are on.  If the scene is off then the outlets are off.  Versus the old style outlet when the scene is on the outlet can be set to off.

I'm running the lates version of IoX 5.6.0

Do you mean the i3 Outlet (WR01)? It's possible that i3 still aren't 100% supported by IoX even though 5.6.0 did add some support on the i3 dimmer switch it's unclear if i3 is "fully supported" at this point. Might still be work in progress.
