FBoucher Posted May 8, 2023 Share Posted May 8, 2023 Hi to all, I have a small setup with 25 various Insteon devices. I have a Polisy v5.6.0 connected to a PLM v1.B. I was having an issue with the PLM, so I factory reset the PLM. After that, I restored the PLM from the administrative console. So far so good. On the main page, I used the query function on each device to make sure I can get the status from it. One of my device, an On/Off Outlet (2663-222), has lost communication. I can't change or read the satus. I factory reset the device and used the Restore Device function from the admin console. But still, the device is not reachable. I have other devices on the same electrical circuit that work fine. So, what should I do next to fix the problem? Thanks for your help. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

FBoucher Posted May 8, 2023 Author Share Posted May 8, 2023 Thank you for the response. Since the configuration was simple, I finally decided to delete and relink the device. It worked.
