Dinsdale00 Posted June 8, 2023 Posted June 8, 2023 (edited) I installed the PG3 node for use with my iAqualink TCX. The service appears to have connected to my iaqualink account (I think), and the controller installed but is showing that it is offline and all values are zero. I know the system is online because it is showing up in the iaqualink mobile app. Any suggestions? Edited June 9, 2023 by Dinsdale00
tlightne Posted June 9, 2023 Posted June 9, 2023 Did you close the Admin Console and re login since you installed the Node server??
DennisC Posted June 11, 2023 Posted June 11, 2023 Did you follow the Configuration instructions completely? Once the iAquaLink Service node appears in the ISY Adminstative Console and the iAquaLink Service shows as connected, click "Discover Devices" in the iAquaLink Service node to load nodes for the systems (pool controllers), devices, and OneTouch macros configured in your account.
Dinsdale00 Posted June 15, 2023 Author Posted June 15, 2023 (edited) I did click Discover devices and another node with the pool's name was installed. But that node is not picking up anyt data from the iAqualink- ISY admin console shows online-"False", air temp - "zero" and operating mode- "unknown:, and there's no field at all for water temperature. Also where I log into the PG3 node there is the following message: "Could not discover devices for system Pool. The pool controller may be offline or in service mode." DennisC Posted June 15, 2023 Posted June 15, 2023 I would suggest setting the logging to debug, stop and restart node server. The log should give details as to what is happening. If it still shows not connected, then you might not have the configuration set up correctly.
