Spencer Posted July 21, 2023 Posted July 21, 2023 I’m able to connect remotely to my 994i via Mobilinc pro but not on my home network WiFi. I get a network error. I set the local http to the 994i ip address and the corresponding local port. Is my local port wrong?
Geddy Posted July 21, 2023 Posted July 21, 2023 @Spencer welcome to the forums! How are you connecting while remote? If using the ISY Portal then you don’t need a local setting. See the wiki for setup using ISY/UD Portal https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY_Portal_MobiLinc_Configuration The connection only uses one user/password. If you’re using a portal to access while remote you cannot use a local setup as well because that will use the admin/pass for local connection. Leaving the local server and ports blank will allow connection through the portal to work no matter where you are.
