Geddy Posted July 24, 2023 Posted July 24, 2023 So you’re posting to the forums….why do you need to login “through” the portal? What are you attempting and what error screens do you see? The forums allow you to use your portal credentials to login, but there are also forum specific credentials if you se those up. If you’ve linked the portal to your account then using the portal credentials should work. There isn’t a link in the portal to get to the forums if that’s what you mean.
Geddy Posted July 24, 2023 Posted July 24, 2023 @someguy I've confirmed an issue with an error message after attempting to log in using the portal credentials. Although if you refresh the page it does actually log you in. Not sure if this is something the forum company broke or something else. Looking into this issue. But, it appears to work. Just does give an error. Although, logging in with forum specific credentials works without error. 1
