How about an additional tab/page in the admin console for easy configuration of the venstar thermostats?

 

Instead of setting up several programs referencing each other, there could be a single page that allows for 7-day 4-scene setpoint adjustment.

The best example (and I appologize if I shouldn't be linking to other companies products - feel free to delete this post) is the schedule configuration page on the Bay Controls thermostat.

If you look at the photo at the bottom right of the 2nd page you'll see a great example.

 

Basically a grid which you can graphically adjust the temperatures and times of where wake, leave, return and sleep sit.

 

If we had something like this for the ISY/Venstar I'd throw away my VisionPro IAQ and buy a T1900 tomorrow.

No problem at all and no posts are deleted unless they contain profanity or pornographic contents.

 

This makes perfect sense for one thermostat but I must posit that if you have more than one thermostat, and if you want to control them based on a variety of conditions, this paradigm does not work.

 

I also agree that there should be a simpler way of adjusting thermostat settings. Although I do not guarantee anything, but we shall look into it.
