mitch236 Posted April 19, 2010 Posted April 19, 2010 I installed two 220v Insteon devices over the weekend and they both appear to be functioning fine despite being described as an Unsupported Device:2.25 in the admin console. However, I checked my log this morning because I noticed a drop off of speed since I installed the devices and I found 466 entries of this about 7 minutes after activating the Pool heater device which is one of the 220v devices and part of a program. About 17 minutes later another 750 entries of this: 0 uuid:00 Sun 2010/04/18 05:37:00 PM System -50110 uuid:00 Sun 2010/04/18 05:37:00 PM System -5011 0 uuid:00 Sun 2010/04/18 05:37:00 PM System -5011 0 uuid:00 Sun 2010/04/18 05:37:00 PM System -5011 0 uuid:00 Sun 2010/04/18 05:37:00 PM System -5011 0 uuid:00 Sun 2010/04/18 05:37:00 PM System -5011 0 uuid:00 Sun 2010/04/18 05:37:00 PM System -5011 0 uuid:00 Sun 2010/04/18 05:37:00 PM System -5011 0 uuid:00 Sun 2010/04/18 05:37:00 PM System -5011 0 uuid:00 Sun 2010/04/18 05:37:00 PM System -5011 0 uuid:00 Sun 2010/04/18 05:37:00 PM System -5011 0 uuid:00 Sun 2010/04/18 05:37:00 PM System -5011 0 uuid:00 Sun 2010/04/18 05:37:00 PM System -5011 0 uuid:00 Sun 2010/04/18 05:37:00 PM System -5011 0 uuid:00 Sun 2010/04/18 05:37:00 PM System -5011 0 uuid:00 Sun 2010/04/18 05:37:00 PM System -5011 0 uuid:00 Sun 2010/04/18 05:37:00 PM System -5011 0 uuid:00 Sun 2010/04/18 05:37:00 PM System -5011 Both of these entries followed three or six -5012 errors. I haven't noticed any more of the -5011 entries since Saturday.
Mark Sanctuary Posted August 9, 2010 Posted August 9, 2010 Looks like communication errors, have you found a solution? What is the type of device that is giving you the unsupported errors?
LeeG Posted August 10, 2010 Posted August 10, 2010 The -5011 error is "PROCESS DEVICE STATE CHANGE SID NOT FOUND ". The ISY is not recognizing the device type during Auto Discovery if listed as Unsupported Device (I assume you added the devices using Auto Discover). Are they 220V SwitchLincs or 240V Dual Band Load Controllers? Either way I would Remove the devices and add them back selecting the appropriate Device Type from the pulldown.
Michel Kohanim Posted August 10, 2010 Posted August 10, 2010 Hi Guys, -5011 means ISY could no longer communicate with the client (i.e. Admin Console, MobiLinc, IES Touchpanel, etc.). mitch236, you did have this problem before and you were going to figure out which one of your devices were causing it. With kind regards, Michel
