Insteon Device Status does not Auto Refresh

This condition has likely existed for several months and I am just finding the time to troubleshoot now.  Upgraded from Polisy to eISY.  Insteon device status does not update in either admin console or mobile app.  If I initiate a Refresh on the device in AC it immediately updates.  Same if I Refresh from UDI Mobile.  If I physically toggle a wall switch, the AC and Mobile app do not update.  I have restored all devices, devices individually, restored the PLM , swapped in a new PLM, restored from backup, etc.  I can control all of the devices from AC and Mobile app.  Zwave devices auto refresh their status.  PG3 nodeservers all constantly update their status.  I feel like there's a global setting someplace that's incorrect since this happens with all of the Insteon devices.  Any ideas would be sincerely appreciated.

From the About menu, what version firmware & UI are you running?

When changing PLM, did you follow the correct procedure and did you

do a restore PLM (different from restore backup).

UI and Firmware info attached.  Also attached PLM Links Table if it's of any help.
I believe I followed the Polisy to eISY migration steps very exactly, but that was some months ago.  As I have been troubleshooting I have tried several times to restore the PLM, including even yesterday when I swapped in a known good spare PLM.  Behavior is the same regardless of which PLM I use.  I have performed the facory reset on the PLM(s) too.  About the only thing I haven't tried is to delete the PLM.  Warning messages made me abandon that idea quickly.

Curious to me is that PLM reports only 129 links.  It feels like that number should be much higher given the number of devices and scenes in my configuration.

Unfortunately, no.  I've tried this with 5+ devices.  Restore, reboot, no change in behavior.  Must use Query button in AC to see any state changes.  Restore All Devices has been tried too.  I just tried to restore one again now and still no joy.

Delete PLM is something you do not want to do. There is no recovery from it. You would need to reinstall your devices.

Speaking of reinstalling devices, if you are willing, you could try deleting one device, factory resetting, and adding it back in as a new device.

I would reboot after deleting and before reinstalling.

I'm am experiencing the same problem. I have finally obtained a replacement for a failed PLM attached to an  ISY994i.  I followed the described procedure for replacing the PLM and restored ISY from the last good backup. All my devices are present and function from the AC but the AC does not update status when the devices are activated locally unless I do a Query.  I have about 70 devices (only Insteon) and my PLM link database shows only 56 links.

As suggested I will try both adding a new device and see if it functions properly and deleting and existing one and reinstalling and see how that works out.

I would suggest running restore PLM again. Keep the event viewer open set at level 3 while doing this. Monitor for any errors.

Tried to restore PLM with event viewer open at level 3. I've attached a copy of the log. I don't see errors, but

there was no functional change.

I have been successful restoring full function device by device by:

1. deleting all links to a device

2. deleting device

3. performing a factory reset on device

4. reinstalling device

5. reinstating all previous links

Considering how well Insteon and ISY have worked for me for many years it's still worth whatever time it will

take to do this.  If someone can offer anything to simplify the process it is welcome.

Have you tried right clicking on a device then doing a restore device?

If that doesn't work then it's possible that the ISY link tables are damaged or that the SD card is failing

I wound up factory resetting all my devices (one at a time), reinstalling and re-creating links and scenes.  Well worth

the effort as I now have a clean ISY setup that responds as expected. Also, ISY/Iox integration into

Home Assistant is much better than the Insteon Hub integration. I do like using Home Assistant as a front end though

I plan to try UD Mobile again.  I went almost 2 years without a working plm and had to use the Insteon Hub. Hopefully

never again.
