I moved to an eisy and installed a couple Zooz 800 Series Z-Wave switches, but for the life of me can't get them to exclude or include with the eisy. I have alot of aeotec repeaters, schlage locks and other z wave devices, so don't think range is an issue. 

 

Stupid question, but is the 800 Series compatible with eisy z mater at this time?

@AnthemAVM, they should be supported. The first thing I recommend is to go to Z-Wave | X-Ray | Choose DH Controller from the drop down, and then click on the Go button. Look for Frequency and make sure it's set to US. If it is, please submit a ticket.

I've got several Zooz ZWave 800 series devices, and they're working great.  They also seem to play nice with my older 700 series switches.

I just included two Series 800 ZEN32 Scene Controllers and they play well with my Matter dongle on eisy.  I haven't tried Associating or Grouping them with any of my other 700 Series devices.  @Michel Kohanim when do you think (rough idea) when they'll be an 800 chip in the Matter board?
