RedReiter83
I have 3x Ecolink zwave Thermostats. All 3 added into eisy controller fine. The 1st one installed, but was not functionable, then when i checked a couple of days later, it have become functional But All 3 thermostats show different degrees of information... from full detail and control, (above)to next to nothing.(below) Have tried re-interviewing them, that is how the 2nd one became functional. But the 3rd one stays the same. Edited November 7, 2023 by RedReiter83 adding request Link to comment

RedReiter83
have done this 20-30 times recently I have relocated my Eisy w/zmatter closer to the middle of the house. I was able to remove and reinstall one of the problem thermostats, but so for not the other. One of the three, seems to function correctly Link to comment
dbuss
I had a similar problem with my door locks, and like you, relocated my Eisy to a location where they both work. I've found that with some other Z-Wave devices that were not adding correctly if I had them closer to the eisy when adding them, all the nodes appeared. The nodes remained after adding in this manner and moving everything back to the location I wanted them. Link to comment
