Top level folder delete

Dont know how I pulled this off.  Somehow there is a top level folder shown below, that I dont want to be there.  How can I remove it?

No, that's the root folder usually named IoX or ISY. You can rename it (as you have done) but you cannot remove it.

Ah yes.  "That was easy".  I must of overwrote it in the past.
