I open the app and select "My Home Connected" then select "My Notifications" it returns: {Successful":false,"errorCode"404,"errorName":"errorMessage":" This uuid is not an eisy uuid":"data":null} .404. I have verified my EISY UUID in portal. app version 1.1.53 also had the error with app version 1.1.41. Thank you
Javi Posted January 18 Posted January 18 We think this could be due to conflicting accounts (UDM/PG3) and/or PG3 having more than one system attached. Please open a ticket as we need your UUID to investigate further.
