Polyglot Beginner's Embarrassing Question

I retired my 994 and migrated to EISY successfully and would now like to play with Polyglot--in particular, a node server for my Envisalink/DSC alarm system. So I went to download the node server and find that step one is to log into the Polyglot store. But,  my UDI username and password don't work, but I don't see anyway to register to obtain a username and password. So my embarrassing question is, where do I go to do so? Thanks.
