paulbates Posted May 11 Share Posted May 11 (edited) It's not stated, but it sounds like you followed the replace plm procedure? Any problems or errors when doing so? Can you pick one device involved in a scene problem, ideally one that might locally trigger a scene, right click on it, pick "Restore Device" and test again? Culvdave Posted May 13 Author Share Posted May 13 I did follow the procedure, first time had issues with communication, did factory reset on PLM and did it again, worked ok except for the scenes, what I ended up doing was delete each scene then rebuild them (a lot of big scenes) and all looks good. The puzzler now is my Alexa app has lost some devices and scenes and can't find scenes from ISY portal, not sure how that is related to replacing a PLM 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
