ISY Launcher not "launching"

For some reason my ISY Launcher is no longer working :(

I get the following error message two times in succession every time Iimage.thumb.png.31c2f574e97df8d47715f436bff90275.png click on the UD icon to launch the app:

Any ideas???

@adambuild more than likely you don’t access admin console very often. This was an issue several months ago and is corrected by clearing out Java cache (checking all three boxes) then downloading a NEW start.jnlp from Universal’s site (clicking MY ISY on the homepage).
