Can a HA device be connected to an insteon keypad?

I'm not familar with Switchbot blinds but I use mine for controlling fans through Home Assistant. There are some limitations in the way the Insteon Keypads are handled in the Home Assistant Universal Devices ISY/IoX Integration.

Here's the description from the documentation:

Thanks, ill have a look.

1.So you can turn your fan on with the keypad?

2.And your fan shows running on the keypad?

Was wondering if I can control my Switchbot blinds by using the Insteon Keypad.

Thanks

Assuming you are using the HA ISY Integration?  I don't see why you couldn't write a little HA Automation that triggers off of the Insteon Keypad button press.

When you say HA ISY integration, do you mean just adding ISY into HA?

In a word - YES.

HA ISY Integrationhttps://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/isy994/

The integration will "bring in" Switches, sensors and scenes from the ISY.  Home assistant is very good at "controlling" these devices and displaying their states.

If you want to control something within HA using the ISY, you'll need to write an automation:

If
Scene KPL XX goes from off to on

and if
Fan is off

Then
Turn on fan

Note that the SC Fam Fan trigger below is a ISY Scene activated by a KPL
