kipplitz Posted September 27 Posted September 27 Hello, I know I was creating folders and moving Insteon devices to those folders in the mobile app using my phone. Recently I went to do the same thing and I can't find any way to do that in the mobile app and had to use the admin console on my PC. Has this feature been removed? Changed? How do you do this in the app? Anyone with insight I sure would appreciate. Thanks.
Guy Lavoie Posted September 27 Posted September 27 If you're at the main device list and you press on the + sign at the top right, do you see a "New Folder" option?
kipplitz Posted September 28 Author Posted September 28 Yes, on the main device list if I press the "+" in the top right I have a "New Folder" option. I can add Folders, I just can't move devices to them. At least I can no longer see a way to do this.
Solution Javi Posted October 1 Solution Posted October 1 It appears move to folder was left out after the latest app refresh. We will try to re-enable this feature in an upcoming version.
