Hello,

I know I was creating folders and moving Insteon devices to those folders in the mobile app using my phone. Recently I went to do the same thing and I can't find any way to do that in the mobile app and had to use the admin console on my PC. Has this feature been removed? Changed? How do you do this in the app? Anyone with insight I sure would appreciate. Thanks.

If you're at the main device list and you press on the + sign at the top right, do you see a "New Folder" option?

Yes, on the main device list if I press the "+" in the top right I have a "New Folder" option. I can add Folders, I just can't move devices to them. At least I can no longer see a way to do this.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
