After migration, unable to synchronize some Z-Wave devices

Migrated from ISY to eisy, and using ZMatter USB. All of the plug-in ZW devices migrated easily. I was able to migrate one battery-operated ZW device after waking it up and using Synchronize/Update with Interview. 

As for the rest of the ZW devices, I can't get them to migrate and stop saying Placeholder. I'm placing the devices close to the dongle. 

Does anyone have any insight or tips on what I'm doing wrong or what I can do?

I had the same experience when I migrated.  Unfortunately, I could never figure out how to solve that problem and ended up removing the non-responsive devices and re-adding them as new.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
