rusgrafx Posted June 12, 2010 Posted June 12, 2010 I was trying to update ISY99i v 2.7.6 to the latest firmware, but keep getting an error during Backup. The error message is: Could Not Retrieve File /CONF/23.PRP Telnet shows that this file is 0 byte. The result - broken backup zip. I don't want to lose any settings. What could I do? Any suggestions? Thanks. P.S. Programs export without any errors.

rusgrafx Posted June 12, 2010 Author Posted June 12, 2010 Telnet to the ISY and remove the file. Thanks, Rand. That worked and it appears nothing got lost (with exception of configured email address). Now I'm a happy camper again. Riding on 2.7.15 firmware. Thanks again.
Sub-Routine Posted June 13, 2010 Posted June 13, 2010 That should not have affected your notification settings. It was a file containing the notes on a device (PRoPerties). The upgrade should have migrated your email.
