Looking for the details of the short poll setting in Openweathermap. Can't find any information relating the short poll number to a time interval.  Does anyone have any knowledge on the short poll setting?

I don't have a direct answer for your question.

But, I use short - 600; long - 6000 in my configuration.

I get an update every 10 minutes.  So, perhaps either the 600 (I suspect) or the 6000 = 10 minutes.
